Holidays in Costa Blanca has 3 apartments for rent in Torrevieja. All located in the same central street: Calle Radio Murcia.

Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra are located next to each other on the same floor, 3 floors, with a spacious balcony facing south and shared swimming pool, outdoor shower and terrace on the roof! At 75 meters you will find the lovely sandy beach "Playa del Cura" and the cozy long boulevard.

Penthouse apartment Casa Mar is located 100 meters away. This apartment has a spacious balcony facing north in the open air on the 4th floor, so it will be sunny until late in the afternoon. There is also a large private roof terrace with lounge set and a lovely communal swimming pool with outdoor shower on the roof!

All three apartments are modern and tastefully furnished and accessible via the staircase or elevator. They are equipped with good beds and an extensive inventory such as; WiFi, Dutch TV with many other options, air conditioning (hot and cold) dishwasher, oven, baking tray, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, parasols, shopping trolley, games, beach towels, towels, etc.

Reception and airport service

You will be welcomed by our friendly and hospitable Dutch key holders at the apartment. They can also arrange your airport transfer for up to 4 people. Costs €55 one way.

Parking is currently still free on the streets or, if available, 1 underground private parking space can be booked a little further away.

Would you like to stay with us?

If you book via the website, you book directly with us, the owner. You can book up to 350 days in advance via the website. If you want to book further in the future, or want to overwinter (because those months are blocked by default), you should contact us via info@holidaysincostablanca.com.

Overwintering

For the winter of 2025-2026, for a maximum of 2 persons and a minimum stay of 2 months, a monthly price of € 1095 per month applies for all three apartments. This excludes final cleaning.

A dream come true!

As an enterprising family, we have dreamed for years to have our own residence in the sunny South of Europe. Instead of waiting until "later", we have now turned that dream into reality. And what fun we are experiencing!

We have been coming to Torrevieja for a few years now, the place and area where it immediately felt good to us. In 2017 we bought our first apartment, which at that time still had to be built. Exciting..., but oh so nice! It really feels like our "home" where we go as often as we can.

In 2021 and 2022 Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra were added. And Casa Mar in October 2023. We like to let others enjoy the Costa Blanca South. All three apartments are new construction from 2021; completely up to date (are structurally maintained and / or replaced) and equipped with many conveniences and the required rental and registration licenses.

We like to create a homely atmosphere where you feel welcome.
