Holidays in Costa Blanca has 2 apartments for rent in Torrevieja. Both are located on the same central street: Calle Radio Murcia.

Moreover, Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra are side by side on the same floor, the third floor, with a spacious south-facing balcony and a shared pool, outdoor shower, and rooftop terrace! Just 75 meters away, you'll find the delightful sandy beach "Playa del Cura" and the lively promenade.

Both apartments are modern and cozy, accessible by stairs or elevator. They are equipped with good beds and a comprehensive inventory including; WiFi, Dutch TV with many other options, air conditioning (hot and cold), dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, parasols, shopping trolley, games, beach towels, bath towels, etc.

Smoking is prohibited | Pets are not allowed!

Check-in and airport service

You will be welcomed by our friendly and hospitable Dutch keyholders at the apartment. They can also provide your airport transfer for up to 4 people. Cost €55 one way.

Parking is currently still free in the streets or, if available, there is 1 underground private parking space nearby that can be booked additionally.

Would you like to stay with us?

If you book through the website, you are booking directly with us, the owner. You can book up to 350 days in advance via the website. If you want to book further in the future or overwinter (as these months are usually blocked), please contact us at info@holidaysincostablanca.com.

Overwintering

For winter 2026-2027, the monthly rate for a minimum stay of 2 months is €1195 per month for both apartments, based on a maximum of 2 persons. This excludes final cleaning.

A dream come true!

As an entrepreneurial family, we had been dreaming for years of having our own place in the sunny South of Europe. Instead of waiting until "later," we have now turned that dream into a reality. And what a joy it has been!

We have been coming to Torrevieja, the place and area where it immediately felt right for us, for several years now. In 2017, we bought our first apartment, which was still under construction at the time. Exciting..., but oh so fun! It really feels like our "home" where we go as often as we can.

In 2021 and 2022, Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra were added. We enjoy being able to share the beauty of Costa Blanca South with others. The complex "Skandinavia" was built in 2021; completely up to date (structurally maintained and/or inventory replaced) and equipped with many amenities and the necessary rental and registration licenses.

We strive to create a homely atmosphere where you feel welcome.
