Holidays in Costa Blanca has 3 apartments for rent in Torrevieja. All located on the same central street: Calle Radio Murcia.
Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra are next to each other on the same floor, 3 stories high, with a spacious south-facing balcony and shared pool, outdoor shower and terrace on the roof! At 75 meters you will find the lovely sandy beach "Playa del Cura" and the cozy long boulevard.
Penthouse apartment Casa Mar is located 100 meters further away. This apartment has a spacious north-facing balcony in the open air on the 4th floor, so it will be sunny until late in the afternoon. There is also a large private rooftop terrace with a lounge set and a lovely shared pool with outdoor shower on the roof!
All three apartments are modern and stylishly furnished and accessible via the staircase or the lift. They are equipped with good beds and an extensive inventory such as: WiFi, Dutch TV with many other options, air conditioning (warm and cold), dishwasher, oven, baking sheet, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, umbrellas, shopping trolley, games, beach towels, towels, etc.
Smoking is forbidden | Pets are not allowed!
Reception and airport service
You will be received by our friendly and welcoming Dutch key holders at the apartment. They can also arrange your airport transfer for up to 4 people. Cost € 55 one-way.
Parking is still free in the streets or if available, 1 underground private parking space can be booked further ahead.

Would you like to stay with us?
If you book via the website, you book directly with us, the owner. You can book up to 350 days in advance via the website. If you want to book further in the future, or want to overwinter (as those months are standard blocked), please contact us at info@holidaysincostablanca.com.
Overwintering
For winter 2025-2026, with a maximum of 2 people and a minimum stay of 2 months, the monthly price is €1095 per month for all three apartments. This is exclusive of the final cleaning.

A dream come true!
As an entrepreneurial family we had dreamed for years of having our own accommodation in sunny Southern Europe. Instead of waiting until "later", we have already turned that dream into reality. And what a pleasure we get to experience from it!
We have been in Torrevieja for several years now, the place and surroundings that felt right to us immediately. In 2017 we bought our first apartment, which at the time still had to be built. Exciting...., but so much fun! It really feels like our 'home' where we go as often as we can.
In 2021 and 2022 Casa Cielo and Casa Tierra joined us. And Casa Mar in October 2023. We enjoy being able to let others also enjoy the southern Costa Blanca. All three apartments are new build from 2021; completely up to date (structurally maintained and/or inventory replaced) and equipped with many amenities and the required rental and registration licenses.
We find it pleasant to create a home atmosphere where you feel welcome.
